Royal Diamond Agency is a family-owned independent insurance agency based in Fishkill, NY, serving clients throughout the Hudson Valley with tailored personal and business insurance solutions along with alternative services for the local community.
Challenge
Royal Diamond Agency had a strong local reputation and a growing book of business, but almost none of that was visible online. Their entire digital footprint was a bare Google Business Profile that listed a phone number, a few reviews, and a Fishkill address, nothing else. It didn’t explain what the agency actually did, which made it hard for anyone searching online to understand that Royal Diamond wrote both personal and business insurance, plus a range of alternative services for the community.
Without a website, prospective clients had no way to request a quote, file a claim, or get proof of insurance outside of a phone call, or showing up in person during business hours. That created friction for everyone, especially the agency’s large Spanish-speaking client base, who had no Spanish-language resource to turn to at all. Every one of those routine requests was consuming staff time that could have gone toward serving clients.
Solution
We built Royal Diamond a full marketing website designed around how their clients actually needed to interact with the agency. Rather than a single contact form, the site includes dedicated forms for requesting a quote, filing a claim, and getting proof of insurance, in addition to a standard contact form for general inquiries. Each one routes directly to the team, cutting out the back-and-forth that used to happen entirely over the phone. We also added an FAQ page so visitors can find answers to common insurance questions on their own before ever picking up the phone.
Because a large share of Royal Diamond’s clientele is Spanish-speaking, we built the site as two complete, parallel experiences: a full English version and a full Spanish version, with every page, service description, and form translated and easy to switch between. Alongside the personal and business insurance pages, we gave the agency’s alternative community services their own dedicated section so visitors could finally see the full breadth of what Royal Diamond offers, not just the two categories that fit on a Google listing.

Final Result
Royal Diamond Agency went from a bare Google listing to a bilingual website that fully represents the agency and does real work for their team. Clients can now request quotes, file claims, and get proof of insurance online in the language they’re most comfortable in, at any hour, without waiting on a callback.
For the agency’s Spanish-speaking clients in particular, having a site built for them instead of an afterthought translation made an immediate difference in how many people reached out. Staff spend less time on routine paperwork requests and more time on the conversations that actually grow the business, and Royal Diamond finally has a digital presence that matches the trust they’ve already built throughout Fishkill and the greater Hudson Valley.
