Wear LIC is a Long Island City graphic tee brand. Their Squarespace store had a clunky checkout, limited payment options, no product filtering, and a backend that made basic updates a chore. Their lookbook, one of their strongest brand assets, was buried at the bottom of the page.
We migrated them to Shopify and redesigned the store:
- A filtering system across every collection, so shoppers can sort by multiple criteria
- Restructured desktop and mobile navigation with product imagery in the menu
- The lookbook rebuilt as a hero slideshow on the homepage, with collections and a brand value section below it
- Collection pages styled after the industrial character of Long Island City, and a bold blue brand color across the site
