  • Templates are pre-designed layouts meant to fit many businesses at once. They have a one-size-fits-all approach. While they might look good on the surface, they often limit creativity, branding, and functionality. Every business is unique, and your website should reflect your vision, goals, and audience—not someone else's default design.

  • While WordPress is popular, it often comes with slow performance, legacy technology, security risks (easy to hack), and bloated code. I focus on using more modern web technologies via custom-coded solutions, which load faster, are easier to maintain, are nearly impossible to hack, and are tailored specifically to your business needs. This means your site looks unique, performs better, is more secure, and grows with your business—without the limitations or headaches of a CMS-based platform like WordPress.

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of improving a website's visibility in search engine results—like Google or Bing—to attract more organic (unpaid) traffic. It involves optimizing on-page elements such as content, technical elements, and site structure, as well as off-page factors like backlinks and domain authority. This enables search engines to easily understand, rank, and display the site when users search for relevant keywords. Good SEO helps a website appear higher in search results, increasing the chances of being seen and clicked by potential customers. It is a long term investment, and success doesn't come over night. On average it can take 6 months to 1 year to see those changes happen.

  • If you're just launching a business, or side hustle and have a low budget but not sure yet how to scale your marketing/reach/message, the starter web is perfect. Getting an initial web presence up with your vision of your business by having a one page or simple website up is a great start. This allows room to grow/scale your business in the future to Growth Web if you decide you want to maximize your business/marketing potential. Growth Web has a 12-month minimum commitment and is ideal for any business type that wants to get the most out of visitors by converting them into customers. It's also perfect if you have a lot of content and offerings from your business that require at least a few pages, which provides a better user experience for those visitors.

  • Yes, because it's a subscription you definitely keep paying after the initial 12-month period. Generally it would take us a few years to make back the full cost of the site if we had sold it for full price. We offer this option in order for us and the client to have a financially sustainable way of doing business. Because in time, the website will be generating more than $160 a month in value to the client if it helps them net even at least one or more clients per month compounded over time. Just think of it as a good return on investment (ROI) as the site will essentially be paying for itself by then, and we hope that our clients will continue to see the value in our work and collaboration.

  • Branding is more than just a logo or color scheme—it's the overall perception people have of your business. It includes your visual identity (like your logo, colors, and design style), your voice and messaging, and the experience customers have when interacting with your business. Strong branding helps you stand out from competitors, build trust with your audience, and create a lasting impression that encourages customer loyalty. In short, it's not just about looking good—it's about showing customers why they should choose you over someone else.

  • Without branding, a website can look generic, confusing, or unprofessional. Visitors may have a harder time trusting your business or remembering you. In many cases, they'll choose a competitor whose website feels more polished and trustworthy.

  • Good website branding includes consistent use of colors, fonts, and imagery, a clear logo, and messaging that matches your business's personality. It also extends to tone of voice, calls to action, and user experience. When everything feels cohesive, visitors feel confident in your business.

  • Typically it takes months or years for a business's brand—which includes recognizability, reputation, credibility, and trust to build online and offline. If you truly are invested in building your business and seeing it grow, then maintaining an online presence should be high on your priority list in today's digital world.
